How much does a Wahoo pool actually cost?+

Our turnkey concrete pool packages start at $35,900 for a Plunge Pool 5×3 and go up to $74,690 for a Grand Pool 10×4 with integrated spa. How long does a Wahoo pool build take?+

Our average build is 12 weeks from contract signing to handover. The timeline includes 2–3 weeks for council approval, 5–6 weeks of active site work (excavation, shell, paving, finishes), and the rest for equipment, fencing and Pool Safety Certificate. Do I need council approval for a pool?+

Yes — in Queensland, swimming pools require council approval through your local council building certifier. We handle the entire lodgement process as standard. Brisbane City, Redland, Logan, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Scenic Rim councils all have different processing times (typically 2–3 weeks). We know each council's quirks and overlays. Why concrete pool instead of fibreglass?+

Three reasons our clients choose concrete: longevity (40+ years vs 20–25 for fibreglass), full customisation (any size, shape, depth, integrated spa or steps), and premium finishes (pebble-crete, glass mosaic, full-tile interiors). The $500 Site Assessment Deposit is 100% refundable. If you decide not to proceed after your site visit, we refund the full amount within 3 business days — no questions, no fees, no penalty.
