Wahoo's premium range covers three packages for blocks 1,200m² and above. Premium clients are typically building at one of three property types: bayside premium suburbs (Cleveland, Victoria Point waterfront, Redcliffe peninsula); leafy mid-Brisbane premium estates (Indooroopilly, Bardon, Camp Hill consolidated lots); or acreage transitions (Daisy Hill, Tamborine Mountain plateau, Helensvale golf-frontage).

The premium build experience — delivered under one contract
Approximately 60% of premium-package clients add the $11,890 integrated 2×2 spa upgrade given the lifestyle profile of these builds — the highest spa adoption rate in our range. Premium clients typically choose substantial decking, glass fencing, integrated landscape lighting, and (frequently) heat pump heating for year-round use — all of which we deliver under one Wahoo contract through our QBCC structural landscaping licence.
